Garden of Life CBD Reviews

Garden of Life claims to be the #1 brand in the natural products industry, and now, Garden of Life has introduce a CBD product, which is certified USDA Organic, 100% American-grown hemp, and they have quite a few farming certifications and memberships. When our 3rd party lab tested Garden of Life’s products, we found their claims to be true. We tested Garden of Life Whole Hemp Extract Soft Gels, Garden of life Whole Hemp Extract Liquid Drops, and Garden of life Pet Whole Hemp Extract Liquid Drops.

At Real Tested CBD, we want to make sure that individuals who are looking to buy CBD oils, CBG soft gels, and CBD pet products have the information that they need to make an educated purchasing choice. When we tested Garden of Life’s CBD products, we found that their label claims are accurate (for the most part), and that their products passed pesticide and solvent testing. We recommend Garden of Life CBD products!

Product tests slightly above CBD claims made on the label, but the quality of the hemp extraction is in question. The test results reveal little other cannabinoids besides CBD, meaning the Entourage Effect won’t take place within the users body.

Garden of Life Whole Hemp Extract Softgels gets an acceptable rating on our expert CBD review. This CBD capsule product contains a fairly high amount of THC, and passed solvent and pesticide testing.

Garden of Life CBD Review

Garden of Life is a quality and sustainability-focused brand of supplements and health products that has a pretty extensive line of CBD items. In this Garden of Life CBD review, you will find out more about the brand. They are a natural, whole, and transparent company that puts a lot of emphasis on providing organic and sustainable goods. They also offer supplements with no added chemicals and completely traceable ingredients. They have a long list of certifications, so we are going to go over them one by one to explain what they mean exactly, and then review each of their CBD products.

They are also members of the National Industrial Hemp Council and U.S. Hemp Roundtable. This is important since the involvement of brands in such organizations means they are committed to upholding high quality and safety. Forming coalitions with other producers is always a good thing, as being partners with other brands can help hold each other accountable, share responsible farming and production practices and create a united voice when trying to educate the public on CBD.

Garden of Life CBD Summary

So far so good, this brand is reputable overall and strives for transparency in offering solutions for stress relief, depression, sleep disorders, and other harmful effects. Garden of life CBD oil is CO2 extracted with no harsh chemicals or solvents. Their hemp is tested every step of the supply chain and their certificates of analysis are available for each product on their website.

Garden of Life has collaborated with a renowned board-certified neurologist, Dr. David Perlmutter, MD, to provide customers with a wide array of cannabidiol (CBD) products. Garden of Life is also a member of the National Industrial Hemp Council and U.S. Hemp Roundtable.

Their formulas surely elevate the trustworthiness of the brand. This is especially important for CBD products since decades of stigmatizing and outlawing hemp have left the mark on consumer trust. Companies that collaborate with medical professionals and offer extensive reassurance in the form of certifications are the ones that have the potential to elevate the public’s opinion on CBD and grow the industry as a whole.

The only disadvantage of this brand is its missing Organic certification. Although other Garden of Life CBD reviews state they are certified and USDA organic, their own website states they are waiting on the certification and it should’ve been updated in March of 2020. As for now, the certificate is still not there.

About the product

Garden of Life claims this is a broad-spectrum extract that contains the cannabinoids found in full-spectrum CBD, but without the THC.

Our lab tests found that this is predominately CBD with only trace levels of other cannabinoids. The trace levels of other cannabinoids found by lab A are below the “level of detection” used by lab B. Because the THC levels found by lab A are insignificant and not reported by lab B, we categorize Garden of Life’s THC claims as accurate and honest.

Like most broad-spectrum products, this product does not have significant levels of other cannabinoids.

We found that Garden of Life contained 7% to 11% more CBD than suggested by their label, which is considered accurate for CBD products.

This is a CBD oil that can be taken sublingually (under the tongue) or orally (solo or with a food or drink).
